Janique Spence Smith, affectionately known as Ms. J, brings over 13 years of experience in early childhood education. Inspired by her own motherhood journey, she founded Little Lions of Judah to provide a nurturing, inclusive space for children. With certifications in Early Childhood Education and CPR/First Aid, Janique has worked in various childcare roles across Maryland, specializing in curriculum development and fostering strong parent-teacher relationships. She is a trusted caregiver and advocate for inclusive learning.
